<i See You> is a short autofiction about an attempt to separate the concept of death from the author's mother. By recalling the scent of her flesh on a pair of earrings and the smell of a dead body, she tries to glimpse her mother once more. It stems from a lingering doubt: was the woman she saw in the mortuary truly her?

The text explores how death can be sensed through smell alone, and how a mother can survive only in memory.

The 6-Channel audio installation plays the author's voice narrating the book. The voice travels around the room, without order, through 6 speakers.
